Membership – New and Renewal
Membership to Maroochy Sea Serpents (MSS) Dragon Boat Club requires an annual payment to MSS and Dragon Boat Queensland (DBQ).
Membership fees consist of two components: DBQ Paddler Levy and MSS Club Fees and are charged on an annual basis from time of joining. All Maroochy Sea Serpent memberships have an expiry date 12 months from the joining date.
DBQ PADDLER LEVY:
Adult $105, U24 $80, Junior $45
MSS CLUB FEES:
Sports $215
U24 $120
Junior $95
(Juniors are 8-17 years of age at time of joining)
- DBQ Levy is to be paid via the Revolutionise Sports (RevSports) website. Login via the link at the bottom of this page.
- MSS Club Fees - members will be advised of fees to be paid via invoice.
Membership Fees:
DBQ Fee - includes membership to DBQ, limited accident insurance and public liability, boat hull insurance, use of club boats, paddles, life jackets, coaching and training instruction.
MSS Fee - gives you the opportunity to participate in all training sessions led by fully accredited coaches and sweeps and to compete as part of the team at club regattas, State titles and National titles (separate entry fees are payable to attend regattas). In addition, member fee covers the use of our boats, launching ramp, purchase / maintenance of equipment and general running costs (amenities, rent, insurance, monthly gym session, etc). We strive to keep our fees as low as possible and we believe they offer great value.

All members (existing and new) need to download and complete a DBQ Individual Application & Declaration Form and return to the Secretary/Registrar (maroochyseaserpents@gmail.com) - link to form below.
Please note all memberships, new and existing, will be subject to approval by the Committee.
